Better decisions mean improved health for you and your community

Whether it`s smoking, drinking alcohol or inactivity, our daily decisions impact our health and well-being. In fact, some of the most critical health issues facing Americans today are the result of personal lifestyle choices. During the past 20 years, the United States has become increasingly `successful at treating preventable` diseases and illnesses. However, we`re losing the battle to change the unhealthy behaviors, like smoking and poor nutrition, that cause these diseases and illnesses in the first place. The good news - you have the power to fight back by making healthier decisions in your everyday life, starting today.
