The United Health Foundation is proud to release data and State Summaries from the America’s Health Rankings 2024 Annual Report. As the longest running annual assessment of the nation’s health on a state-by-state basis, the 35th edition features 88 measures that span five categories of health and well-being.
Data are available in the Explore Data section. The data present a mixed portrait of the health of the country, underscoring the complex nature of health and the need for holistic approaches to improve the health of populations. America’s Health Rankings provides actionable data to support greater collaboration and help address the challenges and opportunities facing our nation’s health and well-being.
